Terms of Service for Fox Girl

By inviting and using Fox Girl ("the Bot") in your Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please remove the Bot from your server.

1. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree to use the Bot only for its intended purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Abusing the Bot: You may not intentionally attempt to break, crash, or exploit the Bot.
  • API Limit Abuse: You may not spam commands or intentionally attempt to cause the Bot to hit API rate limits on any of the services it utilizes.

Violation of these terms may result in you or your server being permanently blacklisted from using Fox Girl.

2. Third-Party Services

Fox Girl acts as a bridge between Discord and Anilist. By using this Bot, you are actively utilizing both of these platforms.

Therefore, your use of Fox Girl is also strictly bound by the Terms of Service of these third-party platforms:

You must remain in compliance with the terms of both Discord and Anilist while using this Bot.

3. Liability and Warranty

Fox Girl is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any issues, damages, or data loss that may occur as a result of using the Bot. The Bot's uptime and functionality are dependent on the stability of the Discord and Anilist APIs, which are out of our control.
